This white paper establishes controls over the in-service support of a system, following formal handover at stage 7. It contains a number of pro-forma control documents for maintenance, including modification and enhancement, and associated documentation. It includes an authorization for disposal at the end of the system's life cycle. We have also included a process flow diagram, a simple (16 steps) procedure, glossaries, etc.
