A fully-developed template based on the Vancouver style, following requirements established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors. This template is based on the notion of a university/hospital academic who is an associate professor presenting a monograph to his/her peers. This example includes expectations for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Also includes formatted endnotes, common abbreviations and symbols used and 11 different referencing styles in the bibliography. Also includes headings at one level (the sub-chapter level) but no numbering. Twenty non-numbered sub-chapters. Includes Table and Figure numbering [Table-n; Figure-n].
