Application for Urgent Interim Parenting Order -Extreme Case

These orders are for extreme cases only, where the mother has evidence that the father intends to take the child out of Australia without the mother's permission.
At the outset of proceedings in the Family Court of Australia, the mother seeks urgent interim orders, made ex parte (without prior notice to the father):
- to stop the father taking the child out of Australia;
- to notify passport control that the child should not leave Australia;
- to direct police to return the child to the mother to live with the mother until further order;
- to provide that future time between the child and the father should be supervised;
- to require the father to seek medical treatment.
