These are orders which the Applicant Husband might seek against the Respondent Wife for sale and division of the former matrimonial home by a particular agent and solicitor, at agreed prices upon agreed terms, and at reducing prices if it doesn’t sell by private treaty or auction within a few months;
- for the husband to buy the wife out of an investment property;
- for the wife to retain her own investment property;
- for the husband to buy the wife out of a family business;
- for the wife to abandon any monies owed to her by the family business;
- for a joint cheque account to be divided;
- for household chattels to be divided and distributed;
- for some jointly-owned shares to go to one party, for each party to retain solely-owned shares; and
- for the parties to retain their own superannuation and bank accounts; and
- for enforcement orders if required.
