Shareholders' agreement - 6 members

Shareholders agreement.

A comprehensive unanimous agreement (deed) between all the shareholders/directors (in this example 6 members) of a newly formed Australian company operating under the Corporations Act, 2001. When companies begin trading there is usually significant unity of purpose and optimism about the future. But when things go wrong it is usually the companies that have considered these issues prior to these events occurring, and have agreed what will happen when they do occur, that survive the crisis. Not legally required, but highly recommended. Includes schedules of current capital structure, inaugural board of directors, current involvement, and special fiduciary responsibilities.
