Quotation to supply a new system - informal

Many smaller systems are quoted, rather than going to tender. This quotation is a response to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of goods and services in the form of a new system. Usually for an RFQ we assume that there is no need to justify or promote the relationship with the Issuer as the Issuer has already agreed to do business with us. However, in this case, we are unsure of who else is quoting, so we add some reminders of our suitability for the job. This quote is built in informal, modern style. It contains a table of contents in the margin of the Introductory first page and is designed to be printed double-sided, odd then even. It contains a quote broken into two stages of implementation. It includes some additional recommended costs (often arising from the quotation process). A further breakdown of the quoted figures is given in appendices. It includes a simple timeline-style implementation schedule. International legal offer (with an Australian bias, namely the inclusion of GST).
