This Independent Sales Representative Contract is for a sales person who is not an employee, who has no set hours, and is paid commission, payable monthly. The independence of the sales rep is increased by allowing nominated person(s) to be on the sales rep's team but allows the Principal the right to refuse a particular nominated person. This contract makes specific reference only to federal law and therefore can be used in any State. Note: this simple document is designed where there are no impediments to such independent contracts, which may be created by licensing law requirements at the State level.
