Delegation by Committee to a sub-committee

This legal document is the instrument upon which the functions of the committee can be delegated to a sub-committee. It is endorsed by the appointed members of the sub-committee, and signed by office-holders for and on behalf of the committee. It makes clear the functions being delegated and the conditions of delegation.
