This deed is used for a simple transfer of ownership of itemised object(s) as gratuitous gift(s) in the States of New South Wale, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory. A gratuitous gift is a transfer of money or property to someone who is not providing anything in return. In this version, the offer by the giver and transfer of ownership is immediate upon execution of the instrument, as is the acceptance and acknowledgement by the receiver. This all happens within the deed, removing the need for a separate release form. This is the "person to person" version. (L-34792)
