Absence letter - writing to inform you of expected (extended) travel

Absence note to the school (from parent or guardian) to inform the school of expected (extended) absence from class due to travel. We recommended you do this as soon as you become aware of it, such as when your travel tickets are finalised, as the school has a "duty of care" and the earlier the better.
