Not a simple document because of property assignment for washdown and washdown water causing the need to protect the environment from pollution. This document provides the basic licence agreement (a straight licence fee (not royalties as defined by Duties Act 1996) and a term not greater than five years) in the State of New South Wales and raises other issues that need to be agreed upon.
