83888 ACT - Software Licensing Agreement

A Software Licensing Agreement for the transfer under licence of intellectual property in the form of software and related documentation in the Australian Capital Territory developed for the Licensor with awareness of Commonwealth Copyright laws and the Trade Practices Act, 1974 (Cth). It includes an agreement for signing by the Licensee and the Licensor, a non-transferable, non-exclusive software licence and a warranty limited as far as possible and to 90 days. (F-3023) K

44796 ACT - Software Licensing Agreement (Implied)

An implied Software Licensing Agreement (declarative format) for the transfer under licence of intellectual property in the form of software and related documentation in the Australian Capital Territory developed for the Licensor with awareness of Commonwealth Copyright laws and the Trade Practices Act, 1974 (Cth). This form of agreement is designed to be included in a software package sold retail. It declares all terms of the agreement including a non-transferable, non-exclusive software licence and a warranty limited as far as possible and to 90 days. (F-3024) K

40483 ANY - Licence to Occupy - Artist space with lic. & others

This licence to occupy is for an artist's studio space in a building which is assumed to have common areas such as stairwells, toilets and washroom facilities, kitchen facilities, rubbish etc. where the licensee is required to cooperate with the licensor and other artists on space and common facilities such as safety, rubbish removal, etc. It pays particular attention to mediums and their risks and responsibilities. It grants licence to occupy for a given period in return for licence fee and certain responsibilities but does not grant leasehold rights or quiet enjoyment. (L-4045) K

53065 ANY - Licence to Occupy -Office space with licensor & others

This licence to occupy is for an office space in a building which is assumed to have common areas such as lifts and stairwells, toilets and washroom facilities, reception waiting area, kitchen facilities, rubbish etc. where the licensee is required to cooperate with the licensor and other occupiers on space and common facilities such as safety, communications, Internet, wireless, rubbish removal, cleaners, etc. It grants licence to occupy for a given period in return for licence fee and certain responsibilities but does not grant leasehold rights or quiet enjoyment. 57109 ANY - Licence to Occupy-Residential-buyer occupy pre-settlem

Real Estate. This licence to occupy is for a residential purchase where the licensee (purchaser) has committed to purchase the property but doesn't want to wait and is prepared to occupy and pay a weekly fee until settlement in about six weeks. The licensor (vendor) is happy to do this as it commits him/her to nothing and (s)he can get the licence fee in lieu of rent. It grants licence to occupy for a period to settlement in return for a weekly licence fee and certain responsibilities if it fails to settle but does not grant leasehold rights or quiet enjoyment. 46665 ANY - Licence to use service station

In this licence agreement the licensor agrees to licence his/her service station and his/her petrol supply to the licensee. (L-3013) K

34496 Licence to Occupy - Mining lot for contractor

This licence to occupy is for a pre-assigned lot under contract assigned to a licensee (contractor) who needs to set up temporary office, storage, workshops etc while performing the major building/mining/electrical/water contract. The licence to occupy is regarded as secondary to the major contract and the licence fee is only nominal. The key is the rules that the licence to occupy places on the contractor. (L-4041)

86485 Licence to Occupy - Residential - separate access to garage

This licence to occupy is for a garage at the back of the residential premises which has separate access via the back lane. The licensor (resident) doesn't have a vehicle and the licensee just wants a place to park during working hours. The garage is secure and has power but little else. It grants licence to occupy for a given period in return for licence fee and certain responsibilities but does not grant leasehold rights or quiet enjoyment. (L-4037)

57669 Licence to Occupy - Rural acreage for coming event

This licence to occupy is for a planned event (such as a horse riding and equestrian event) where the licensee (event entrepreneur) will be putting in a DA to Council and the licensor (the landowner) has signed the license subject to the outcome of the DA, to prove/guarantee his/her support for the DA. The DA might not be approved by Council because the neighbours might complain or local environment issues might make it impossible for Council to support the event. If the DA is successful it grants licence to occupy for a the period of the event in return for licence fee and certain important responsibilities including indemnification by the licensee of the landowner for risky outcomes associated with the event and responsibility for environmental protection and make good but does not grant leasehold rights or quiet enjoyment. 87089 Licence to Occupy - Rural compound with sheds

This licence to occupy is for a compound containing a storage facility and three work sheds located on a rural property; everything is in situ and no DA is required for this temporary occupation. It has power and communications but little else. It grants licence to occupy for a given period in return for licence fee and certain responsibilities but does not grant leasehold rights or quiet enjoyment. (L-4036)

49689 Licence to Occupy - Rural lot for the parking of two rigs

This licence to occupy is for a rural lot where the licensor (landowner) has set aside and assigned space for the parking of two B-Double rigs. It grants licence to occupy for a given period in return for licence fee and certain responsibilities but does not grant leasehold rights or quiet enjoyment. (L-4040)

83442 Licence to Occupy - Truck compound has space for a rig

This licence to occupy is for a licensor (trucking company operator) who has a fully authorised truck compound and has space for a B-Double that he doesn't need at present. The licensee (the truckie) lives nearby and can't park his rig in the residential suburb as it breaks zoning regulations and he has his neighbours complaining about him to Council. It grants licence to occupy for a given period in return for licence fee and certain responsibilities but does not grant leasehold rights or quiet enjoyment. (L-4041)
